One way or the other you need to get out there and make yourself known and at the same time priovide good value for others.

When you start to build up leads and start recruiting people into your business you have to to spend time with them. This will create a solid foundation of qualified people. When people feel they have support and that their up-line is concerned about their success and growth, they will stay motivated and continue moving forward.

Staying educated is definatly a necessity when becoming a leader. You gain knowledge and are able to pass that on. This provides value and in turn will help your downline grow and succeed. Part of maintaining momentum requires an investment of time in serving your downline to attain their goals and also grow as business leaders.
