Residual profits! Something every person that gets into the network marketing industry desires from day one. If you desire for the this to be attained, you must commit to doing one major assignment, and that is downline building. The goal of most people in this business is to make wealth off of the labors of many while they sit on the couch and enjoy life. This can be something that you attain but it will only happen by tough work and a few down-to-earth strategies that we will talk about below. Great corporations and companies only achieve something by the associates they have working for them. Likewise you will only see achievement in the home business industry by building a committed and flourishing group that won’t quit on you when it gets tough. When downline building is something that you and a elite mastermind of associates are committed too, then and only then will your bank account reflect it. Our first goal is and continuously should be downline building no matter what company we are with. So this is a few suggestions that will be of assistance to you in your actions.
Point #1: Continuously allow your downline to perform and build their enterprise in the greatest way that suits their personality and interests.
We all have diverse personalities and habits of doing stuff. The major drawback with MLM in general is that for the most part companies have a “system” that will pack every person into the same style and is sold to everybody as its “Duplicatable”. Each one of us are different in the way we do things. We all have strengths and abilities that will add to the whole team. Downline building isn’t only doing it easy, its about allowing folks to play up there strengths and build in a way that gives them room to showcase them. A unit of people that have the freedom to operate and build in a way that best suits them, is a winning combination that you must make available to take place. When everyone in your business is allowed to have the independence to move in a way that supports their strengths, you will have more committed people, and you will have a long term income for yourself that is likely to be there for years to come.
Point Two: Training and support.
Another aspect to downline building is training your people, and supporting them the best you can. When your organizasion grows you can’t obviously be with all your recruits all the time. Using some technology based tools will make it easier to connect on a grand scale, but I am not refering to that at the moment. If you help and educate the concept of “Each One Recruit One”, and then “Each One coach One” and then “Each One strengthen One” this will duplicate all over your organization. Combined with point #1 above, it won’t be long before you have a growing group of people. When you set the model of training your downline that is part of your mastermind alliance, you will begin to see your downline forming their own alliance of mastermind groups that they train and support, and so on, and so on, and so on. This concept is something that works and will make downline building one of the most enjoyable experiences you have.
Tip #3: Put together a culture of personal improvement and individual growth.
When someone is committed to a process and will do whatever it take to succeed, it will only be a matter of time before that person gets to where they want to go. Just think of a whole group with this mindset, can you see it happening? Guess what? You can, and it all begins with you. Completely dedicate yourself to this way of thinking. Work on yourself so much that you are actually improving yourself right along with working your opportunity. Build this within your people by consistantly helping them to grow their habits toward success, just as they would do for any endeavor. By helping people improve the areas that they are weak in, and combine them with their current strengths, you will have a solid and growing downline of committed individuals. Understanding that success is nothing but up to the individual and helping your team see this willl cause your team to grow on autopilot.
Tip #4: Have a system in place that allows people the freedom to choose what works best for them.
This is kind of an additional extension from point #1 above, but I want to make a specific point here. There will consistantly be a war among the “guru’s” as to what works best, offline or online marketing strategies. The truth is you can have the best from each and have your individuals choose what is best for them so they can run with it. by providing your team with a resource that will combine the best of both worlds, and give them the choice of what works best for them, they will flourish. Giving your organization a system that merges all of the concepts I refered to in this article, put together with where they want to go as individuals, downline building will be something you enjoy rather than a burden.
